Player Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute the binding sweepstakes site policy governing your access to and use of SplashCoins, an online social sweepstakes platform. By creating an account, browsing the site, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. No purchase necessary to play or win.

SplashCoins offers a free-to-play social gaming experience built around two forms of virtual currency described later in this document. Participation is voluntary, and continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. Last updated: 2026.

If you do not agree with any provision contained in this document, you must discontinue use of the SplashCoins platform immediately. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal information.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SplashCoins shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. This provision is a material part of the sweepstakes site policy accepted by every registered user.

You and SplashCoins each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.

This arbitration and class-action waiver survives termination of your account and any modification of these Terms. Where mandatory consumer-protection law renders this section unenforceable in a particular circumstance, only the unenforceable portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

Use of SplashCoins is limited to individuals who meet each of the following conditions. Certain states may be excluded — see eligibility confirmation at sign-up. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

1. You are at least 18 years of age (21+ in select states).
2. You are a legal resident of the United States.
3. You are legally permitted to participate in social sweepstakes promotions in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of SplashCoins or its affiliates.
5. You will maintain only one account and provide truthful, accurate registration information.

By registering, you represent and warrant that each of the above statements is true and accurate, and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where participation would violate local law. SplashCoins reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity and eligibility at any time.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

SplashCoins operates on a dual-currency model central to this sweepstakes site policy. Each currency serves a distinct purpose and carries different rights, and neither currency may be purchased directly with money.

• Gold Coins — a play-only virtual currency with no cash value, usable solely for entertainment within the platform and never redeemable, exchangeable, or transferable for money or anything of value.
• Sweeps Coins — a promotional sweepstakes currency issued at no cost, redeemable for prizes where legal, subject to these Terms; not purchasable directly and holding no guaranteed value until a redemption request is approved.

All virtual currency is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. This license is revocable, non-transferable, and terminates automatically upon account closure, and this digital license structure applies uniformly to every account.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify SplashCoins promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Each individual may maintain only one active account. SplashCoins may require additional verification steps, including identity or address confirmation, before permitting redemptions or continued access, and may suspend an account pending review.

You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party. SplashCoins is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, multiple accounts, or any automated means to interact with the platform. Attempts to manipulate promotions, exploit technical errors, or engage in collusion with other players are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited activity also includes providing false identity information, circumventing geographic or age restrictions, and engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful conduct through the platform.

SplashCoins reserves the right to withhold Sweeps Coin redemptions, void winnings, suspend accounts, and pursue any available legal remedy against users found to have engaged in fraud or abuse, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on SplashCoins, including graphics, game designs, logos, text, and software, is owned by SplashCoins or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any platform content.

If you submit feedback, comments, or other contributions to SplashCoins, you grant SplashCoins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that contribution in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without SplashCoins’s prior written consent.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

SplashCoins does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of games, promotions, or account features.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes or coin balances, SplashCoins reserves the right to void affected results and restore accounts to their state prior to the malfunction.

SplashCoins is not responsible for losses of any kind resulting from outages, delays, or disruptions to the platform or to third-party services it relies upon.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SplashCoins and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

SplashCoins’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of any Sweeps Coins credited to your account in the ninety days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SplashCoins from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Termination and General Provisions

SplashCoins may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. You may close your account at any time by discontinuing use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SplashCoins regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements. This sweepstakes site policy may be updated periodically, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
